How to clip a coupon

  1. Open the product page on the web or in the Amazon.com app.
  2. Under the price, find the orange Apply X% coupon box.
  3. Tap once. It changes to Coupon Applied.
  4. Add to basket. The discount shows in the totals at checkout.

Clip before placing the order. Adding to basket alone won't clip it.

What is a clip coupon?

The orange "Apply X% coupon" box on a product page. Tap once to clip; the discount appears at checkout. No code needed.

Where do I see coupons I've clipped?

Account › Your Coupons.

Are clip coupons reusable?

Most are. Exception: Subscribe & Save coupons and some intro / category-promo coupons are one-time use per account. Once you've redeemed one, it won't reappear on the product page for your account.

Do clip coupons stack with promo codes and S&S?

Usually yes. See the stacking table above. Exception: a coupon explicitly flagged "not combinable".

Why has the coupon disappeared from the product page?

Coupons are quota-capped; once enough have been redeemed, the box is pulled. Anything you'd already clipped stays in Your Coupons until it expires or you use it.

Why isn't my coupon showing in the basket total?
  1. You added the item before clipping. Remove and re-add.
  2. The item is from a different seller than the one offering the coupon.
  3. It's a one-time-per-account coupon and you've already used it.
