1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Deals Finder ("the Service"), which includes dealsfinder.io (US), uk.dealsfinder.io (UK), and our iOS and Android apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What We Are (and Are Not)

Deals Finder is a deal aggregation platform. We display discounts, promo codes, and special offers from third-party retailers. We do not sell anything ourselves.

All purchases are made with the retailer, not with us. Payment, delivery, returns, refunds, and warranties are between you and the retailer.
Listing a deal or promo code is not an endorsement or recommendation of the product, brand, or seller.
We do not control stock levels, product quality, shipping, or customer service at any retailer.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

Deals Finder participates in affiliate programs, including the Amazon Associates Program. We earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through our links. This does not affect the price you pay.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

4. Deal & Promo Code Accuracy

We work hard to keep deal information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it:

Prices, discounts, and availability can change or end at any time without notice
Deals may expire or sell out quickly
Promo codes are issued by retailers or sellers and may be limited in uses, restricted to a region or account, or withdrawn at any time. A code that worked earlier may stop working.
Pricing errors made by retailers may be corrected or cancelled by them at any time

Always verify the final price at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Regions

Our US site shows deals for Amazon.com and other US retailers; our UK site shows deals for Amazon.co.uk and other UK retailers. Deals and codes are usually region-specific and may not work outside their region.

6. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account (with email or by signing in with Google or Apple). You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us of unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

7. User Content & Conduct

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You are responsible for the comments and content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the Service. We may edit, hide, or remove any content at our discretion, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. You agree not to:

Post false, misleading, or spam content
Post obscene, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
Abuse the voting, commenting, or Aura systems
Harass, bully, impersonate, or threaten other users
Attempt to manipulate deal rankings
Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
Violate any applicable laws

Reporting and blocking

Every comment carries a Report comment action and a Block user action in its ··· menu, on the website and in all of our apps. Reporting a comment sends it to our moderation team; a comment that is reported by three people is hidden automatically pending review. Blocking someone removes their comments from your view immediately, prevents them from replying to you, stops their activity from reaching your notifications, and flags their content to our team.

We aim to review reported content and act on it, including removing content and ejecting abusive users, within 24 hours. You can manage everyone you have blocked from your account settings, or contact us and we will act on your behalf.

8. Seller Submissions

If you submit deals or promo codes to us as a seller or brand, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you are authorised to share it, and that the codes are valid for the stated period. We review submissions and may approve, reject, edit, or remove them at our discretion. Submission does not guarantee publication.

9. Aura & Monthly Draw

Aura points, tiers, and the monthly prize draw are free promotional features. No purchase is necessary. You must be 18 or older to enter the draw. Draws are region-specific (US or UK), winners are selected by us, and prizes have no cash alternative. Winners are notified in the app and activity centre, and prizes must be claimed within 7 days of notification or they may be forfeited. We may adjust point values, tiers, eligibility rules, or end these features at any time. Accounts that abuse the system may be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on Deals Finder, including logos, design, and code, is owned by us or our licensors. Product images, names, and descriptions belong to their respective retailers and brands.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Inaccurate, expired, or unavailable deals or promo codes
Losses arising from purchases made with third-party retailers, including product quality, stock, delivery, or returns issues
Any indirect damages arising from use of the Service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including (for UK users) your statutory consumer rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

We are established in England and Wales. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, including in the United States, this does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and it does not stop you bringing proceedings in your local courts where the law gives you that right.

14. Apps and App Store Terms

Our iOS and Android apps are covered by these Terms. Where you download an app from a third-party store, the following also applies:

This agreement is between you and us, not the app store. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the app or its content.
We alone are responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support. Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any support or maintenance for it.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund your purchase price for it (our apps are free of charge, so this will ordinarily be zero); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for investigating and resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes that party's intellectual property rights.
You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as they relate to your use of our iOS app.
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of service when using the app.

15. Contact and Complaints

Deals Finder operates dealsfinder.io (US) and uk.dealsfinder.io (UK). The quickest way to reach us about anything, whether these Terms, your account, or a privacy request, is the contact form. We aim to reply within two business days.

Reporting content or behaviour. To report a comment, use the Report comment action on the comment itself, on the website or in any of our apps. That reaches our moderation team immediately and is the fastest route. To block someone, use Block user in the same menu. If you would rather a person deal with it, or you are reporting something urgent or unlawful, use the contact form and mark it urgent; we aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

If you believe content infringes your intellectual property, contact us with the content's location and a description of the work, and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.
