Add the item to your basket. At the Review your order screen, find Gift cards & promotional codes below the order total. Type the code, then tap the arrow (›) on the right of the field on mobile or in the app. Desktop: click Apply .
Why doesn't a code work for me?

Sometimes yes. The exception is when a code is not combinable.
